Sandton.info is an independent directory and editorial guide to Sandton, Johannesburg. References to "we", "us" or "our" mean the Sandton.info editorial team.

You need an account to submit listings, leave reviews, favourite businesses or reply to reviews. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity performed under your account.

• Anyone can submit a listing, but every submission is reviewed by our moderators before it appears publicly.
• You must have the right to publish the information you submit, including business name, address, photos and descriptions.
• Approved listings that you later edit (name, category, area, address, phone, website or description) return to a "pending" state and are re-reviewed before the changes go live.
• We may edit, unpublish or remove any listing that we consider inaccurate, misleading, unlawful or off-topic.

• Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with the business.
• No hate speech, harassment, discriminatory content, personal attacks, private personal data, or content that infringes anyone's rights.
• Business owners may post one reply per review. Replies are moderated before they appear publicly.
• We may remove any review or reply that breaks these rules or appears to be fake, incentivised or off-topic.

When you submit a listing, review, reply, photo or other content, you grant Sandton.info a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, adapt for formatting, and distribute that content in connection with the site. You keep ownership of your content.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or spammy listings or reviews.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Scrape the site or attempt to access it by automated means without permission.
• Interfere with the site's operation or security.

Listings describe third-party businesses. We do our best to keep information accurate, but we do not endorse or guarantee any listed business. Your dealings with those businesses are between you and them.

We may add, change or remove features, or take the site offline for maintenance, without notice. We may also update these terms; the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Johannesburg.
