The Property Show 2026 Comes to Sandton Convention Centre
Decorex Johannesburg returns 30 July to 2 August with a major new addition — a four-day Property Show built for first-time buyers, investors and home-owners.
The Sandton Convention Centre plays host to one of the biggest lifestyle-and-property events of the calendar from 30 July to 2 August 2026, when Decorex Joburg is joined by The Property Show by Private Property, powered by Nedbank.
For the first time under one roof, visitors can walk the full home-ownership journey: bond pre-qualification desks, developer stands showing new-build stock in Waterfall, Steyn City and Modderfontein, home-improvement suppliers from Decorex, and a stage programme featuring property economists and interior designers.
